Botanical Sheet Music Easter Eggs

I am very pleased with these Vintage-like botanical sheet music Easter eggs. I will definitely be making more. They are time consuming but, if you chose to make these, just remember to be patient. The outcome is well worth the effort.

I like the botanical look with the moss. I might change my "R" for Reyna, into
"E" "A" "S" "T" "E" "R".....

 Oh....look at all that glitter.

Here is what you need to get this look:

Mod-Podge, a paint brush (I used the foam kind)
Sheet music in small strips and pieces
Paper mache eggs (I bought mine from Hobby Lobby)
Glitter and embellishments of your choice ( I used K&Company's die-cut stickers. I love all of their products. This is part of their new spring line.)
I also used small liquor glasses to rest the eggs while drying.

You can only mod-podge small sections at time. You need to be patient and let each area dry before moving on. Otherwise, your work will be sloppy.

Well over a year later...I am linking up with:

Come party!

To answer your question on my blog- to participate in the Ten Things list, just write a post with Ten Things that made you smile in January and then add the button to your post. You can find the button on the sidebar of my blog and just copy the code under the button and paste it where you want it on your post. Then tomorrow when the linky is up, just click on your post so that the direct link to that post is up in the www bar, copy that add it to the linky. Any more questions and feel free to email me.

  5. Thanks for your comment on my natural vs epidural post! I'm not sure what I'll end up doing but I'm half way thinking I'll just see how it goes! (Although THIS time I'll be better informed on what natural is like so that I can see if possibly I can stick it out;)
