Maybe you have known each other since grade school. Even went to the same college and roomed together during those wild years that she was witness to. Those fun carefree years that we threw caution to the wind. She was there.
Perhaps you travelled to Europe together and shared the Eiffel tower with one another, drank glasses of rose in the Latin Quarters, and giant beers at October Fest in Munich together....
She is the first person you call when your father dies....and she just cries with you on the phone, because she loves you so much and knows there nothing she can say, but just be there.
We grow together, see each other go off and create families and homes. The calls are less frequent, the visits must be more planned, but the love is strong. The bond unbreakable. She truly is your best friend....forever.
Marcy and Karen
I had fun making my banner for Marcy. Always play around with your ideas. Glue later.
I was all set to go with the pink pom poms and had to stop myself. That's ME, not Marcy. Such a good idea to line every thing up and glue piece by piece once you are positive about your design. I happened to find the Effiel Tour by chance when grabbing my glue gun. It was perfect for "Us" as we had such a wonderful time in Paris togehter.
So, do you think she'll like her mini banner?
Bisous!
Karen
