Paris Cloche

Today I am sharing one of my first posts from over a year ago. I don't think I even had a follower than. I am excited to be joining Marty's Cloche Party! I used my vintage Straffordshire Dishes from the 1930s. A little hand-me-down from my mother. If, you saw my recent post about my plate addition...I didn't even include these. I am sad to say, they are stashed in the garage. If I had a hutch they would be the set I'd display.  I remember my mom using these at all her dinner parties. If, you aren't already following Mary's "A Stroll Thur Life," you are missing out! She's got a fantastic blog!     http://www.astrollthrulife.net/

Here's my original post:

Playing with my new bell jar. I wanted to add some fresh flowers from my garden. I tried to capture (literally....) some memories of Paris.

  1. I still have NO idea what I am doing in this land of blog. I took my old post and posted it to Marty's party. However it doesn't up-date to my newest post and remains where it was over a year ago. Oy Vey. SO them I copy and paste the whole post and make a new post. Now I realize it's not connected to party. Oh, well.

    1. Thank you, Jane. I was really lucky to get this set. I am ashamed that it's in the garage...in a copy paper box! Geez. I need to get motivated and do a tablescape with it.

    1. Marty, your party is fabulous! Sorry this post is separate from the link I left at the party. I am learning. I tried to go back and switch it to this updated post but, it won't do that for me. Thanks for hosting! I just love your blog. Happy to be a part of your party! So many creative people and great blogs! I love a good party!
