Betty Crocker Pumpkin Spice Cookies

I just know these will be good. I can't wait to make them. I love finding new products!!

Just add water, margarine an egg and you'll have warm pumpkin spice cookies in 20 minutes!

 Okay.....couldn't resist, making them today. Even the dry mix looked pretty good! LOL

So simple. Add and egg, 1/2 cup margarine and 2 tablespoons of water to the mix...and presto! Aromatic pumpkin spice cookie dough!

Kitchen smells yummy.

These were a huge hit! Lucas asked if I’d make these for his birthday! My only advice, use two mixes if you are having a crowd. Makes a small batch....no left overs for this family :(
